Janeane GarofaloAfter dropping several hints via Twitter, respected New York City-based music blog Brooklyn Vegan has announced a benefit for Haiti relief this Saturday, January 23, in — yeah, you guessed it — Brooklyn. True to indie form, the event will feature indie comics alongside indie acts at the Music Hall of Williamsburg.

The line-up includes Spoon’s Britt Daniel, Justin Vernon (aka Bon Iver) and St. Vincent with comedic relief provided by Zach Galifianakis, Janeane Garofalo (pictured) and Wyatt Cenac from the ‘Daily Show.’ Additional acts will likely be announced and tickets will go on sale Friday, January 22. In the spirit of fund-raising, a special VIP option will also be available.
