Yoko Ono has revealed her disappointment at the break-up of Oasis — and has said she wishes they would make more records.

Speaking through a Q&A on her website, Ono revealed a love for the band, whose singer Liam Gallagher named his son after Ono’s late husband, John Lennon.

She said: “I love Oasis. We need the power of goodness like them. The goodness is shining from their music. I hope they will make more albums.”
