Stampede/To Rock or Not to Be

Two complete original albums by Switzerland’s top heavy metal export paired together, with one bonus track added to each disc, a cover of B.T.O.’s smash ‘You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet’ on 1990’s ‘Stampede’, and the ‘Chesslete’ version of that song tacked on to 1994’s ‘To Rock Or Not To Be’. A combined total of 25 tracks & more than two hours of head banging mayhem. Also features the original cover art of each. Double slimline jewel case. 1999 release.

This review is from: Stampede/To Rock or Not to Be (Audio CD)

Both of these albums are very good. “To Rock Or Not To Be” is the best of the two. While not as good as “One Vice At A Time” or “Headhunter,” it is still one of my favorite hard rock albums ever. The title songs are the best songs here. “To Rock…” is the best song, it has great guitar riffs and a very cool ending (bzzzzz ;-)
