In our 2008 interview with Eagles of Death Metal’s Jesse Hughes he said, “I admit to my own cliches. I always say, ‘This ain’t no Bible study.’ I ain’t here to save the whales or to get Ticketmaster to lower their prices. I’m here to have a good time.” That’s precisely what EODM did last evening at the 10th Annual Bone Bash in Mountain View, CA, wiggling and writhing and making rock ‘n’ roll dirty ‘n’ fun. While we await the next studio album and a full tour behind it, here’s a six-pack to tide us over. Damn, these cats are a hell of a lot of fun. (Dennis Cook)
