- Speaking of Mayer, the recent Rolling Stone cover boy got himself in some hot water after making some racy statements and dropping “the n-word” in a “raw” interview with Playboy. Mayer quickly apologized, both on Twitter and onstage.
- We caught Wilco in Portland and Lady Gaga at an Elton John tribute. Guns n’ Roses played their first U.S. gig in ages with a surprise show but Courtney Love didn’t make her own Hole gig.
