John Lydon is reviving Public Image Ltd. (PiL) for a series of U.K. shows in December. The band, who have not performed together since 1992, will play the dates to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the group’s second album, ‘Metal Box’.

Music streaming service, Spotify has launched two mobile applications today, one for the Apple iPhone and the other for Google’s Android. The apps will allow users to stream millions of tracks from the Spotify catalogue and download playlists to use offline.

Nine Inch Nails have rescheduled the cancelled shows on their ‘Wave Goodbye’ tour.

Former Suede manager, Jon Eydmann has died of a suspected heart attack or stroke at the age of 41 whilst holidaying in Lake Como, Italy.

U.K. band, The Rakes have announced plans to take a lengthy break after the tour for their current album, ‘Klang’ in order to “overhaul their writing style”.
