Motley Crue’s Vince Neil, 49, is headed back to jail for a crime he’s been convicted of before: drunk driving. The Associated Press reports that, on Tuesday, Neil agreed to plead guilty to driving while under the influence — thereby taking a plea deal — when he goes in front of a Las Vegas judge on Jan. 26.

Neil will reportedly begin his two-week prison sentence on Feb. 15, followed by two weeks of house arrest. Previously, Neil served a 20-day sentence in 1984 when he crashed his car while driving drunk around Los Angeles. That accident infamously killed Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas Dingley while Neil walked away uninjured.
