Aerosmith’s Joe Perry and Steven Tyler have seemingly spent more time in the tabloids over the past two years than Brad and Angie. After several near splits, Tyler’s injuries, a tour and Tyler joining ‘American Idol‘ as a judge, even Perry admits to Spinner, “I don’t know what’s going to happen with the band.”
Sorry to break this to anyone who’s looking for more dirt, but Perry has no ill will for Tyler. “Steven wants to spend time in L.A. and do this,” Perry says of ‘Idol.’ “He’s always talked about doing stuff like that and I think he wants to try his hand at that. Let him go at it. That’s an interesting endeavor. I hope he’s really happy doing it.”
