Erykah Badu will be given a citation for disorderly conduct after appearing nude in the streets of Dallas, TX while filming portions of the video for her new song, ‘Window Seat,’ according to a statement given by the Dallas Police Department Saturday. The citation will reportedly amount to a $500 fine.
As previously reported, it was believed Badu might be hit with the charge after a woman filed a complaint that Badu had been filming the scenes in a populated area that included children.
According to Rolling Stone, there were no complaints filed at the time of the shoot three weeks ago, but since the release of the video, which quickly went viral, police have been encouraging witnesses to come forward.
