Daedelus

Daedelus, Gas Lamp Killer, Nosaj Thing, Gonjasufi — if you don’t recognize these names, you may be living under a thick sound-absorbing blanket, or just a little bass shy.

It’s safe to say that the dubstep sound has hit critical mass in North America. It’s nearly impossible to release an album these days without making some stylistic nods, or issuing a dubstep remix or two. Just look to New York house producer/DJ Sneak, who had his track remixed by 12th Planet and Flinch, or Snoop Dog’s track ‘Snoop Dog Millionaire’ as proof.

Fans of bass music who can’t make it out to So Cal for the Low End Theory club nights can now blow their eardrums on site, as Daedelus takes his friends on the move, under the umbrella of his newly-founded Magical Properties label.
